Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

For products bought online, including our hand-made furniture, you have a legal right to cancel your order with us within 14 days of placement and receive a full refund; products that are purchased through our custom range however are non-refundable.

As our products are of self-assembly, and currently shipped independently, accidents can happen; so, any part(s) that may be damaged during assembly or delivery will be replaced free of charge. To do this, contact us and provide your order number/date, and where possible, the relevant information for the part requiring replacement. We’ll get the relevant part(s) sent as quickly as possible, so you can return to assembling and enjoying your product.
